Inclusive training that opens real opportunities
In 2024/25 CEIRD trained 17 beneficiaries with disabilities referred by the Department of Labour. Inclusion isn’t an add-on for us — it’s how the centre was built.
“CEIRD didn’t just teach me how to farm. They showed me a path from training to running my own enterprise — and they made room for me when others didn’t.”
— DoL-referred trainee, 2024/25 cohort
Three core training tracks
Poultry Production
Broilers, layers and indigenous breeds — from chick management to market.
Vegetable Production
Good agricultural practices, soil health and seasonal crop management.
Animal Husbandry
Livestock management, animal health and herd-building for emerging farmers.
